My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were fresh and pleasant throughout the stay, but I felt they were overpriced compared to other hotels in the area of the same class. My room wasn't larger than a deluxe room and was situated adjacent to the laundry room, making it a bit noisy. Despite the room being too hot, the staff provided a fan upon request, which was helpful for a comfortable sleep.

The service, led by Cesar and the rest of the staff, was friendly and very helpful, although there were some delays and forgetfulness at times. The location was fantastic, very central yet peaceful, with a great view and even a rooftop chill-out area. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with breakfast being disappointing but other meals being very good. The hotel facilities were impressive.
